What size should I buy?
Whatever your height and shape, we got you covered. The table below should help you to determine the right fit. If thats not enough drop us a line and we'll help you.
I purchased an item but it does not fit perfectly - What do I do?
If your RADICE pyjama does’t feel like the perfect fit, get in touch with us as soon as you can. We are always happy to exchange your item for a different size. Email us at email@example.com and please see below for more information about returns & exchanges.
Where does RADICE deliver to?
We ship worldwide. Please notice that orders from non EU countries may cause additional delivery costs, taxes and charges.
What are the shipping costs?
- Domestic: We offer free standard shipping and returns in Germany.
- Europe: We offer free standard shipping in the EU.
- International: We offer free standard shipping for all preorders.
If you do not see your country listed at checkout, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive additional shipping options and get shipping rates.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all our nightwear with DHL and usually send out all orders after 1-3 days. Shipping time depends on the country.
- Shipping DE - 1-3 business days
- Shipping EU - 2-5 business days
- International Shipping: Depends on the country, usually 3-10 business days.
Do you also offer express delivery?
As of now, we do not offer express delivery. But we are trying our best to delivery as fast as possible which will usually take 3-5 working days
We offer free ground shipping for all returns and exchanges in the DE.
You can create your return label here: radicesleep.com/returns - Just fill in your details and the label will be sent to you. Please also include the order number. You can also contact us at email@example.com if you have questions about your return or want to exchange an item.
Return shipping from outside the EU must be covered by the customer. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on the return shipping address and what to include in the package.
Can I exchange an order?
If you wish to exchange your order, just let us know what dress you’d like instead when you reach out to email@example.com. We will send out the package as we’ve received the original dress. If the new purchase is greater than the original, we will need you to provide payment for the difference. If the new dress is less than the original, we will refund the difference.
What is the exchange and return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. International exchanges must cover the cost of the return shipping of the original dress as well is the shipping costs for the new dress.
What can I do when I received a defective product?
If any items exhibit a defect please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
When we have received the items in their original condition, we immediately start processing the refund. It may take 4-6 business days until the amount is refunded to your account.
Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 2-3 business days.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
If you return an item from outside the EU, RADICE will refund the original amount paid minus the original shipping cost. The full amount will be returned if the order is in excellent condition (as described above) and if the customer paid for return shipping.
How to place an order?
Please pick your desired items in your size and add them to your “Shopping bag”. When you have made your choice click on your “Shopping bag”, check your items one more time and proceed to “checkout”. After entering your billing and shipping address you can select the payment method of your choice and place your order. The checkout is completely secured and provided by Shopify.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking link. Please not that tracking is currently not available for all international orders.
How do I cancel my order?
For canceling your order please write us an email to email@example.com. If your order has already been dispatched we won’t be able to interfere anymore. In this case please return your order as soon as delivered.
Which payment methods are available?
We offer all the current ways of payment such as credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Paypal, immediate bank transfer etc. All the payment methods will be automatically indicated in the order process.
